Param K. Sahni
Managing Member
Param’s practice focuses on Corporate Law, Transactional Real Estate, Commercial Finance, and Sports & Entertainment.
Since 2013 Param has worked on a wide range of corporate, securities, and real estate matters, extending from M&A and corporate governance work to real estate purchase and sale agreements and joint venture deals, both in large national law firms and as in-house counsel on Wall Street.
Param has been a member of the bar in both New York and New Jersey since 2014 and a member of the Florida bar since 2020. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from New York Law School in 2013 and his Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida in 2010.
